My work with any client is highly personalized but 1-on-1 coaching allows us to dive deeper into your specific needs. I will develop a personalized plan for your progress on a timeline that works best for your individual schedule.

Why pay for a consultation?

Your initial consultation is a 45 minute private session. We will discuss the information provided in your intake forms and how to best achieve your goals. I will also begin with reading your energies. The decision to work together must be mutual!
