Returning Mindfully, adopting empathic facilitation styles - Workshop for Educators
(LIVE STREAM)
The world has changed and so have our students. Students are demanding a more equitable and mindful education model and that begins with us, the educators.
This workshop is designed to provide tools to navigate the monumental shift that our young people have undergone. As we return to in-person learning, the requirements for classroom management have shifted enormously . In this workshop your staff will learn…
How to facilitate difficult conversations around race, gender, class, and political differences.
How to shift and create an energetically balanced space.
How to adequately listen to the needs of students without relinquishing your status as an authority figure.
How to navigate pronouns and pronoun changes amongst your student population.
