Meditation for Beginners

A meditative exploration. Meditation is a physical, and mental practice. Finding the right style of meditation for the individual is key to an effective and restorative meditative practice. In this workshop we will practice journal meditation, walking meditation, sitting, chanting, yin meditation, and guided visualizations. We don’t know unless we try, this is the space to try.

$20 per person, offered monthly, via live stream.
